Magnolia Birthday Wishes!

Today’s birthday card features some 3D magnolias! They are beautiful and easy to make with the Magnolia Memory Dies. Below is a video that shows just how to make these pretty flowers.

The paper behind the magnolias is a piece of the Magnolia Lane Designer Series Paper. Don’t the magnolias just pop against the paper?

The sentiment is from the new Butterfly Wishes stamp set. It fits perfectly inside the card stock punched with the Tailored Tag Punch. The angles of the punch contrast nicely with the rest of the card.

You can make the magnolias ahead and have them ready to put on your cards. I’ve curved these petals upward with a bone folder to give them more of a 3D look, but you don’t have to. Especially if you’re putting this card in the mail, you might not want to curl the petals.
