The Woven Heirlooms stamp set is a very beautiful set. It has some vintage images and sentiments in a lovey script font. The sentiment above is for a sympathy card, but there are also thank you, birthday, and thinking of you sentiments!

This card starts with a Crumb Cake card base 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ scored at 4-1/4.” A piece of Merry Merlot card stock cut at 5-1/4″ x 4″ was dry embossed using the Tin Tile 3D Embossing Folder. This embossing folder goes so well with the vintage look of this card (it’s one of my favorite folders!).

The sentiment is stamped in Crumb Cake ink on a 2″ x 2″ piece of Very Vanilla card stock. A 2-1/4″ x 2-1/4″ piece of Crumb Cake card stock frames the sentiment piece. The two small pieces were adhered with multipurpose glue and then set on the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I sent this card to a friend who recently lost a family member. I was pleased to have such a pretty card to express my sadness. This is why I love making cards.
