Storage Solution: Keep Your Twine in a Pretty Jar

We all want to have pretty craft areas, but not all of us have a craft room with space for all the fancy storage. So let’s create a bit of pretty where we can! Today I have a video for you with a cute idea for storing your baker’s twine and linen thread, no matter where you craft!

It’s easy and fun to keep your twine in a jar with a pretty bow around it! And I really encourage you to use your favorite ribbon to tie it up. It’s good to surround yourself with things that make you happy. When you look at this jar you’ll smile and it will make you happy to sit down and craft!

I like to take my twine off of the cards or plastic spools it comes on, and transfer it to old fashioned wooden clothes pins. It looks so pretty on these clothespins and it’s actually easier to use! I like my twine to have a bit of curl to it, and when you twist it around these clothespins and store it there, it had a gentle curl when you go to use it. This looks really nice on cards and projects. The clothespins I use are the Honey-Can-Do Dry 01381 Traditional Wood Clothespins from Amazon.
