The Stampin’ Up! Gold Mini Pizza Boxes from the Holiday Catalog are sooooooo darling! First of all, how cute is a mini pizza box? And then to make it gold? It’s over the top cute! These boxes are food safe (perfect for cookies and brownies!) and they are easy to decorate. I’ll be using them to wrap quite a few of my gifts this year!

Today’s box has been decorated using a belly band that goes around the box. I like to use a belly band for wrapping because it can slide off for easy opening while keeping the pretty decorations intact. For this box the belly band is a 12″ x 2″ wide strip of Toile Tidings Designer Series Paper. Wrap the strip around the box and secure one edge of the paper to the other with a strip of Tear & Tape Adhesive on the top of the box. Then wrap around a 12″ piece of 1/2″ Very Vanilla and Copper Classic Weave Ribbon that has the words “Merry Christmas” printed on it, gluing the ends together on the top of the box.

Cut a piece of Real Red card stock with the large label die from the Stitched Label Dies. Adhere over the belly band using Stampin’ Dimensionals. Cut three Whisper White snowflakes using the dies from the Seasonal Layers Dies and adhere on top of the label using Multipurpose Glue. Cut two sets of leaves from Gold Glimmer Paper using the Flourish Dies. Adhere with dots of Multipurpose Glue to the center of the label as shown.

Pretty Pointer: When cutting glimmer paper with dies, turn the paper upside down with the glimmer portion on the bottom. Then set the die on the back side of the paper and cut.

Cut the little dear from Gold Foil using the smallest of the Detailed Deer Dies. Adhere over the glimmer leaves using Stampin’ Dimensionals. Add a red rhinestone either as an eye, or as a nose for the cute little deer 🙂
