Watercolored Peony Thank You Card!

You can do SO much with the gorgeous Prized Peony Bundle. The images in the stamp set are intricate and pretty. The peonies themselves were stamped on Whisper White card stock using Magenta Madness ink. The flowers were then colored with Watercolor Pencils and cut out with the dies.

Behind the flowers is a sheet of Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper. The leaves from the stamp set were stamped in Granny Apple Green ink on the lower portion of the paper. Then water was added from a Water Painter and pulled upward on the paper. When dry, the sheet was then sprinkled with ink from a Dark Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blend.

The scalloped edge die from the set was used to cut a Magenta Madness piece of 2020-2022 In Color Designer Series Paper. The edging piece was adhered to the bottom of the watercolored piece with Multipurpose Glue. The flowers were placed over the leaves using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

A small banner was cut from Blushing Bride card stock using a die from the Tasteful Labels Dies. The “thanks” sentiment from the stamp set was trimmed and adhered to the little banner. Some Gold Glitter Enamel Dots added some bling!
