Sweet Conversations Valentine Cards!

You know, the minute we get into January we start thinking of Valentines! As card makers we really have to, because we need to MAKE OUR CARDS, right? The new Spring Mini Catalog has an adorable Valentine set called the Sweet Conversations Bundle, and that’s what I’ve used on today’s card.

Actually, it’s an entire suite known as the Sweet Talk Suite! It includes the Bundle, designer series paper, ribbon, jewels, an embossing folder, and some Sweet Little Boxes. Today’s card uses the Sweet Talk Designer Series Paper for the purple (Highland Heather) piece, and the hearts are cut from the reverse side of the paper using the coordinating dies. Cool!

My very favorite thing in this entire Suite is the mini die-cut envelope. You’re going to see me use this a lot!! I just love how the little hearts are coming out of the top of the envelope!

The card also has a red bow tied with the Real Red Faux Linen Ribbon that is part of the suite. The ribbon is really easy to tie and makes a beautiful bow.

And I must bring up the Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels, they are SO SPARKLY!! I already want to use them on everything!
