Today I have a super fun-fold card for you! It uses the Country Floral Lane Designer Series Paper and the Sentimental Park Dies, but you can use any paper to create this fun card.
The card base is cut from Basic White cardstock at 5-1/4″ x 11.” Place the cardstock in the Paper Trimmer in a landscape position and score it at 3-1/4″ on the left side, then turn the paper around and score it at 3-3/4″ on the other side. Fold on the score lines, burnish well with a bone folder, and you have the card base.
Cut a piece of the designer series paper ay 3-1/4″ x 5-1/4″ and glue it to the front of the card. Then run the card base through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine, cutting that front panel of the card with the die from the Sentimental Park Die Set. You will want to watch the video below to see exactly how to do this.
Cut a 1″ x 5-1/4″ piece of Textured Shimmer Paper and adhere it to the outside of the third panel as shown below. Close the card and adhere some hearts and leaves in the opening.
On the center inside of the card, adhere the cut out piece from the front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Stamp the sentiment in Sweet Sorbet ink on a scrap of Basic White cardstock and punch out with the Double Oval Punch. Adhere the oval as shown, also with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
This is such a fun design! You can use it for lots of occasions. Now that you know how to make it, you’ll be able to create lots of fun cards!!
