The colors on today’s card are what I call “luscious.” These colors from the Global Design Project Color Challenge this week are gorgeous. I don’t usually use Coastal Cabana, but with these other colors it’s ooh-la-la! I’m anxious to see what you think.
This card starts with a Basic White card base, and then a piece of Coastal Cabana cardstock embossed with the Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder. Above that is a white rectangle cut with the largest rectangle die from the Everyday Details Dies.
The three vertical strips were watercolored on Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper and then cut with the Paper Trimmer and adhered to the white piece with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. A bow of White Baker’s Twine was tied around the rectangle.
The Magnolia Mood Bundle was recently released as part of the Stampin’ Up! Online Exclusives. On this card I’ve only used one little bloom, but the full stamp set is over-the-top gorgeous! This bloom was stamped in Highland Heather ink and colored in with Highland Heather Stampin’ Blends. The leaves were cut from Shaded Spruce cardstock with the Magnolia Mood Dies.
So now I want to know, what do YOU think of these colors? Aren’t they luscious? I’d love to know what you think! Leave me a comment HERE.
