I love to use Stampin’ Up! products when I’m doing my holiday decorating! Last night I had a little party at my home for my study group and used some fun Stampin’ Up! goodies. First of all, I made favors using the Mini Curvy Keepsake Box Dies (which are carrying over past the dates of the current Holiday Catalog – yippee!). The paper is the gorgeous Christmastime is Here Specialty Designer Series Paper.

These boxes are SOOOOO cute! I tied them with a simple knot of 1/2″ Classic Weave Ribbon which has the words “Merry Christmas” printed in copper. Each box is filled with two cellophane-wrapped red and white striped mints ~ the perfect little after-dinner treat! I made a whole platter full of them!!! 🙂

Next I used some – well lots – of the Stampin’ Up! Real Red Ruched Ribbon. It’s a whole inch wide which makes it perfect for decorating. I wrapped it around the metal legs and top of a 3-tiered tray that later held yummy cookies. Then bows were tied on each side of the top tray.

I think I got a bit carried away, because then I tied bows on the chandelier and hung a few ornaments near the bows!!

Keep your Stampin’ Up! goodies handy when you’re decorating, they can really add some beauty to your home this season!
