Today’s card is so much FUN!! I’ve really been enjoying playing with the Harvest Hellos Bundle. Look at these adorable pumpkins ~ you just stamp on different colors of card stock and punch them out!
The stamp set has THE CUTEST stamps! Look at the leaves and that little curlicue on the envelope above! Isn’t it adorable! Both the stamp set and the punch come together as a Bundle and you save 10% on the Bundle! How great is that?
Behind the pumpkins (lifted up on Stampin’ Dimensionals) I’ve tucked some Leaf Ribbon. It connects the pumpkins as if they were in a pumpkin patch! And behind that is a 4″ x 5-1/4″ panel of Whisper White card stock that has been stenciled with one of the Basic Pattern Decorative Masks. Have you seen the Masks?
This card uses the mask in the top left above. I laid it over the Whisper White piece and sponged it with the new Golden Glitz Delicata Ink Pad and a Sponge Dauber. Not sure if you can see in the photo that the trees are metallic, but in person they are very pretty!
And finally, the sentiment was stamped in Versamark Ink on Basic Black card stock, covered with Whisper White Stampin’ Emboss Powder, and heated with the Heat Gun. Then the words were cut out with Paper Snips and placed on the card with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Yippee! Candy corn is in the stores! Truthfully, I don’t like to eat candy corn that much…one or two pieces is enough for me. But, I LOVE to use candy corn for decorating. I know that’s bad. But it’s so bright and fun and it just speaks fall. That’s why I had to make a card with candy corn on it!
To make candy corn out of card stock, punch or cut out with the Stampin’ Up! Layering Circle Dies, three circles from about 1″ to 3″ in diameter. Cut the smallest circle out of Whisper White card stock, the medium-sized circle out of Daffodil Delight card stock, and the largest circle out of Pumpkin Pie card stock. Glue them together with Multipurpose Glue with the largest circle on the bottom. Let dry for a few minutes and then begin cutting the circle like a pie – into about 8 triangle pieces. Using your Paper Snips, round the three corners of each triangle and, voila – candy corn!
The Basket Weave 3D Embossing Folder makes a wonderful background for the candy corn. The sentiment here is a sneak peek of a new stamp set called Tiny Keepsakes and it’s just the right thing for this card! Add a bow made of burlap ribbon on the top candy corn. To create the bow, pull apart the threads of the burlap by carefully cutting off the top thread, then just pulling off the successive threads. Here I used four threads together and tied a bow. Attach it to the candy corn with a Mini Glue Dot.

Are you thankful for fall? I am, and I’m thankful for all of you, my blog readers! So I created this fun “thankful” card with some bright fall colors!
This card uses a watercolored panel stamped with most of the stamps in the Falling for Leaves Stamp Set available from Stampin’ Up! This is very simple watercoloring. Using a panel of Watercolor Paper, spritz it all over with a Stampin’ Spritzer filled with water. Then stamp the different leaf stamps with various colors onto the paper. Blot with a tissue where you want the bleeding of the colors to stop. Let the watercolor panel dry or use a heat tool to dry it thoroughly before using. You can see the colors I used in the product list at the end of this post.
On top of the watercolored panel is a 2″ circle of Old Olive card stock embossed with the absolutely fabulous Corrugated Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. This is quickly becoming my favorite embossing folder!!
You might notice that I’ve “distressed” some of the panels of this card. I really like distressing parts of my cards. I happen to use a distressing tool that Stampin’ Up! used to sell 🙁 but sometimes I also use my fingernail or scissors. You can do the same thing to your cards!

Who knew the Lemon Builder Punch could create a pumpkin? What a surprise! All it takes is some Pumpkin Pie card stock and the punch. I punched out three lemons, arranged them vertically with the center one in the front, trimmed off the tops and bottoms, and poof ~ a pumpkin!
The leaves from the punch make great pumpkin leaves 🙂 I cut a little pumpkin stem from Soft Suede card stock and tied a bow with Linen Thread. Every pumpkin needs a bow, right???
The “boo!” was stamped with the Labeler Alphabet stamp set using Pumpkin Pie ink. Personally I like sweet halloween cards, not spooky ones, and that’s why I created this cute little pumpkin card for you today. Hoping you have a nice evening with your trick-or-treaters.

Wreaths speak of hospitality and warmth. A wreath is a welcome at the front door and can be hung year round with seasonal decorations. I love wreaths, and I especially like them on cards. I feel like they go before you; as the recipient opens the card the wreath conveys warmth and kindness.
That’s one reason I love the new Wishing You Well stamp set ~ the wreath is beautiful! For today’s card I’ve stamped the wreath using the Stamparatus. And I’ve stamped it repeatedly in different colors: first Crumb Cake, then Soft Suede. After that I went back in with an Aqua Painter and a bit of Pumpkin Pie and Crushed Curry ink and barely touched the little leaves with these two colors.
Behind the wreath is a panel of Pumpkin Pie card stock embossed with the new Tin Tile Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. After embossing, I roughed up the edges of the paper and curled the corners. Then I sponged on some of our Copper Shimmer Paint to give a distressed look.
This card was so much fun to make. I can’t wait until you can get all these products for yourself! Do you have your wish list going? September 5th is the first date customers can order from this fabulous 2018 Holiday Catalog. Do you have a catalog?
