There are a lot of flower stamps. In fact, there are gobs and gobs of flower stamps out there. But I guarantee you’ve never seen a stamp like this one! Here’s a video to show you more.
This stamp was created by taking a photograph of a real live bouquet of flowers and turning that photograph into a stamp!! That’s why it’s so realistic! And, when you look at it, you wonder if it will even stamp because the stamp side is very flat But there are amazing indentations that produce this beautiful stamped image.
Today’s card is very easy to make. Simply stamp the flower stamp on a piece of Whisper White card stock 3-1/2″ x 4-3/4″. Layer a Tea Lace Doily under that stamped panel. Stamp one of the pretty sentiments in this set onto your card base. You can stamp it either at the top right corner of the card base or the lower right corner. For the sentiment I used Archival Black Ink. Adhere the doily-backed panel onto the card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals, and that’s it, you’re done! Very easy, and VERY pretty!
So, now that you’ve seen this fabulous stamp set I know you really need to have it! I know that because that’s how I felt when I first saw it! And the wonderful thing is that it’s FREE! Just Wow! The Petal Palette Bundle is one of my favorites so far in the 2018 Occasions Catalog! Today’s card is a darling thank you card, and it’s simple and easy with this bundle!
How easy? Well, you stamp the leaf stamp a few times in the center of your Whisper White panel. Then stamp the sentiment in the upper right corner. The other images are stamped on a separate piece of Whisper White card stock and cut with the dies in this bundle. Then adhere them over the leaves. Easy, right?
The sweet little bird and flowers were colored with the fabulous alcohol markers called Stampin’ Blends. Aren’t they pretty? These makers can be used to emphasize a particular element to make it stand out (like the bird). I used soft colors for this card as I will be sending it in the next few weeks — winter, cool weather, soft colors.
Isn’t this bird sweet? I love little birds 🙂
Well, it’s very close to Christmas. What’s on your Wish List? Let me give you an idea: the Stampin’ Blends Markers Collection! A FABULOUS GIFT!!

Today’s card features the new Petal Palette Bundle, and I have to tell you I really really like it. It’s a bit too early to say it’s my favorite as I need to play with some of the other goodies, but I can tell you it’s going to be up there!
The leaves you see here were created with a super-neat die in the Petals & More Thiinlits Dies (part of the bundle with the stamp set). Look at those delicate tiny branches and leaves. I’ll be using these a lot. The sentiment was cut with a “frame” die that is also part of this set.
The ribbon here is the new Lemon Lime Twist 3/8″ Mini Striped Ribbon. It ties beautifully!
Are you excited? There is MUCH more to come and I can’t wait for you to see it all! Would you like a copy of the new Occasions Catalog? Just email me at [email protected] and I will get one out to you. If you are one of my customers, I’m sending a catalog out to you today!

Thank you for reading my blog! This card is for YOU, my blog readers. I SO appreciate you and thank you for supporting my work. You are a joy to me and I love making projects to show you 🙂
My card is for the Tic Tac Toe Challenge this week. I chose the last column on the right, and incorporated the elements stripes, thank you, and twine into my creation.
Any card made with the Floral Statements stamp set is gorgeous. The stamp does it all! It’s one of the prettiest stamps ever. Stamp it in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink and color it in with Stampin’ Blends — that’s it!
For this card I used the Cherry Cobbler Blends in both the light and dark shades. Each of the colors of Blends come in the two shades. You can see on the flowers the lighter shade is in the middle and darker on the edges.

The Global Design Project has a fun color challenge this week! We are to make a card using Old Olive Black, and Gold (pretty, fresh colors!) Here is their challenge:
The card I designed uses a watercolor wash of Old Olive ink. I think watercoloring with a main color is such a good way to start off any project.
I then stamped some leaves from the Painted Harvest stamp set using Black Memento ink. The leaves were then punched out with the leaf punch and colored with the NEW!! Stampin’ Blends in Old Olive! Be watching on November 1st when YOU can buy these fabulous new alcohol markers!!!
I also punched some Gold Foil leaves and placed them over a bit of Black Vintage Crochet Trim. The watercolored panel was adhered onto a piece of Spooky Night Designer Series Paper. I love the black background with polka dots!! These colors are so pretty together, I wouldn’t have ordinarily combined them but they are WOW!!
